The winter season can be hard on the body.  Sickness, dryness, and a lack of energy to name a few.  Loaded with essential oils and a few other things, you can be prepared to take care of yourself and your family and say goodbye to harsh chemicals and additives.

Sleepy Time Oil Blend - 15 drops of each: Lavender, Orange, and Cedarwood in a 10ml bottle.  Top with fractionated coconut oil.  Apply to feet bottoms, neck, and temples.

Throat Soother Oil Blend - equal drops of Doterra On-Guard, Peppermint, Frankincense, and Lemon.  Put four drops into a Tbsp of honey or mix into herbal tea.  Repeat as needed throughout the day.
